Hunt St is seeking a Marketing and Sales Administrator based in the Philippines to support a Brisbane real estate client. This 100% remote independent contractor role aligns with AU business hours and involves managing a 30,000+ contacts database, nurturing leads, and coordinating appraisals.

You will execute CRM hygiene, lead qualification, outbound calling, email/SMS campaigns, and AI-driven automation to improve follow-ups and bookings for the principal.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in a sales admin, marketing admin or client-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a warm, confident phone manner.
• Hands-on CRM experience and a love of clean, well-organised data.
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily and energised by booking results.
• Confident using AI tools and automation platforms to work smarter.
• Self-directed and output-focused: you plan your day, deliver consistently and report progress proactively.

Responsibilities

• Database & CRM ownership and upkeep for 30,000+ contacts.
• Phone outreach to nurture leads and book appraisals.
• Build and send email/SMS campaigns to targeted segments.
• Implement AI/automation to lift response and booking rates.
• Prepare sale contracts and appointment documents; coordinate signings.
• Handle receptionist duties and general admin when needed.
