Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in sales admin or client-facing role in real estate.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a warm phone manner.
• Hands-on CRM experience and clean, well-organised data.
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily and booking results.
• Experience using AI tools and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Database & CRM ownership and data hygiene.
• Make outbound calls and nurture appraisal leads.
• Book appraisals and coordinate with principal.
• Build email and SMS campaigns and market updates.
• Set up automation with tools like n8n or Make.
• Provide marketing support and content scheduling.
• Handle additional admin tasks as needed.
