Placements24 is seeking a Real Estate Investment Associate for a fully remote role. You will work with senior investment professionals to source, underwrite, and manage real estate opportunities across commercial and residential assets.

This role emphasizes analytical rigor, research excellence, and strong communication in a remote, distributed team. You will develop financial models, perform due diligence, and prepare investment materials, gaining exposure to the full investment lifecycle while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
1–3 years of real estate investment/analytical experience.
Strong understanding of real estate concepts and investment principles.
Proficient in financial modeling and Excel.
Excellent research and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and evaluating real estate investment opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis for target markets.
Develop and maintain financial models for property performance, cash flow, and valuation.
Perform due diligence on acquisitions with financial statements and leases.
Prepare memos and presentations for investment committee.
Support asset management and portfolio performance monitoring.
Coordinate with brokers, lenders, and attorneys on deals.
Stay informed on market trends and capital markets.
