Job summary

Placements24, on behalf of a distinguished real estate investment group, seeks a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager for a fully remote role. You will oversee a diverse portfolio, drive asset performance, and optimize investor returns through strategic acquisitions, asset management, and rigorous financial analysis.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in real estate investment or portfolio management, a strong track record, and leadership capabilities to mentor the investment team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, MBA or related field.
• 7–10 years in real estate investment, asset management, or portfolio management.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with diverse real estate asset classes (multifamily, commercial, industrial) preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the acquisition, management, and disposition of real estate assets within the portfolio.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
• Oversee operational and financial performance of all assets to meet target returns.
• Manage relationships with property managers, lenders, and other providers.
• Prepare and present portfolio performance reports and investment recommendations to senior management and investors.
• Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting investments.
• Lead due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for the portfolio and allocate resources efficiently.
