Placements24 is seeking a driven Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to identify and secure profitable investment properties nationwide. You will leverage data, market insights, and outreach to build a robust pipeline, evaluate deals with the investment team, conduct due diligence, and negotiate purchase agreements for a growing real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Experience in real estate acquisitions or investment analysis required.
Strong knowledge of market analysis, financial modeling, and ROI assessment.
Excellent negotiation and remote communication skills.

Responsibilities

Source potential real estate investment opportunities through channels including online platforms, agent networks, and direct outreach.
Analyze market trends, property data, and financial metrics to assess ROI and viability of targets.
Conduct due diligence on properties, including title searches, environmental assessments, and property condition reports.
Negotiate purchase prices and terms with sellers and representatives.
Prepare investment proposals and present findings to the acquisition committee for approval.
Maintain and manage a CRM database of leads, deals, and transaction progress.
