Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years in real estate investment analysis or financial modeling.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, LBO) in real estate.
• Strong understanding of real estate capital markets, investment structures, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Argus Enterprise (or similar), and presentation software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex financial concepts.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines remotely.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including DCF, IRR, and ROI for potential acquisitions.
• Conduct market research and analysis of real estate sectors and geographic regions across the country.
• Evaluate investment opportunities by assessing viability, risks, and returns.
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and committees.
• Assist in due diligence for acquisitions, including legal docs, inspections, and environmental reports.
• Monitor performance of existing investments and provide regular reports.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for portfolio expansion or optimization.
• Collaborate with remote teams including acquisition managers, legal counsel, and asset managers.
• Stay updated on industry practices, economic factors, and regulatory changes affecting real estate investments.
