Job summary

Cresa is seeking a Senior Analyst to own analytics projects end to end within the Global Portfolio Solutions group. You will convert labor, demographic, market and cost data into clear, defensible real estate recommendations, including site rankings and portfolio analyses.

This remote role emphasizes building templates, automations and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate insights for advisors and clients, while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geography/GIS, economics, urban planning, real estate, finance or data analytics.
• 4–7 years of experience in location strategy, site selection, labor analytics, market research or analytics consulting.
• Experience with commercial real estate metrics, including occupancy costs and lease economics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver location and market analyses, build site rankings and cost models.
• Own projects end to end, scope with advisors, build the model, and deliver client-ready outputs.
• Create visuals and recommendations in Tableau and PowerPoint and present to executives alongside advisors.
• Develop reusable templates and AI-assisted workflows to speed delivery.
• Maintain data quality across labor, demographic, geospatial, and cost sources.
