Job summary

Compass International Holdings seeks a Customer Experience Concierge to guide participants through real estate reward programs. You will assist home buyers and sellers from enrollment to closing, operating 100% remotely within the United States.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm Eastern Time. You will manage a large caseload, educate customers on benefits, and coordinate with agents to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years business experience preferred.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
• Real estate knowledge preferred (home purchase, sale, or mortgage).
• Customer service experience preferred (retail, financial services, or call center).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 375-600 files.
• Manage multiple clients and diverse program details within a caseload.
• Convert leads into sales by maintaining close contact and problem solving.
• Educate new customers on program benefits and eligibility.
• Manage escalations with professionalism and poise.
• Identify real estate needs for each customer and tailor solutions.
