Inside Real Estate is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Referral Network Team. This fully remote role engages with inbound leads from various sources, connecting consumers with the most suitable real estate agents based on ranking, service area, and price range.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify inbound consumer leads via phone, text, email, and digital channels.
• Match consumers with the best-fit agent based on ranking, service area, membership tier, price range, and criteria.
• Maintain high-volume follow-up with consumers and partners to ensure engagement and status updates.
• Analyze CRM and third-party data to validate lead information and capture details.
• Document referral activity and consumer information accurately in the CRM.
• Navigate agent, opportunity, and account profiles to respond to referral-specific questions and provide ongoing support.
