Job summary

The candidate will manage a large CRM, re-engage prior leads, and occasionally perform LinkedIn outreach to generate more appointments. EST hours apply, with the role remote and highly autonomous.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of appointment setting, sales development, inside sales, or similar phone-based sales roles.
• Proven experience converting warm inbound leads.
• Experience working with and re-engaging existing CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Contact new inbound leads within five minutes where possible.
• Engage prospects via phone, SMS, email and other channels.
• Convert prospects into booked appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain follow-up with interested but not yet scheduled prospects.
• Re-engage prospects who dropped out of the funnel or stopped responding.
