Bokeh Creatives is a fully remote portrait studio in the United States seeking an Appointment Setter to convert warm leads into booked sessions. This role emphasizes phone-based conversations, overcoming hesitations, and securing real calendar dates on the first call.

Expect a high-volume schedule with 95+ outbound calls daily and a mix of inbound calls. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in phone sales or appointment setting, own equipment, a quiet workspace, and CRM familiarity.

Qualifications

• At least a year of phone sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Own computer, wired headset, and reliable high-speed internet.
• Quiet, dedicated space to work from; clients can hear the environment.
• Comfort with a CRM; GoHighLevel experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Call warm leads to book sessions and close the appointment.
• Aim for four bookings per day and 95+ calls daily in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain professional communication to move leads toward calendar dates.
• Work remotely from a suitable home office in a US location.
