Job summary

Modern Amenities is seeking a motivated appointment setter to bridge curious leads to closers. You’ll start with aged leads (90 days to 9 months old) and move into fresher webinar and lead-magnet leads, getting them on the phone, qualifying them, and booking them with a closer.

This is an independent contractor, commission-only, fully remote role. We’re open to international hires and you’ll need to work 30+ hours weekly, with US-based mornings/evenings/weekends as required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience (appointment setting, SDR/BDR, inside sales, or call center roles all count).
• Highly organized: you keep your CRM, pipeline, and follow-ups clean without being reminded.
• Self-motivated and driven by results, comfortable in a commission-only structure where effort directly drives earnings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for phone, email, and text outreach.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and book meetings with closers.
• Make 100+ dials a day and manage email and text workflows to keep leads warm.
• Own the full nurture from first contact through to the meeting cue.
• Log activity and participate in coaching and weekly reviews.
