Global TekMed is seeking professional, energetic appointment setters to schedule appointments using our lead system. This remote role has no cold calling, with an hourly + commission package and paid training. Growth opportunities are highlighted in the role.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of call center experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce. Expect a 40-hour week, some Saturday shifts, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of call center experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM.
• Ability to contact customers, complete sales reports and manage tasks independently.
• Reliable IT equipment, internet and workspace.
• Experience with high call volume and RingCentral or similar auto-dialer.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, including a Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided leads to set qualified appointments.
• Communicate with clients by phone, text and email to understand needs.
• Maintain knowledge of the company's services.
• Establish relationships to facilitate sales.
• Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research.
• Use data to help customers understand product benefits.
• Complete administrative tasks and record sales in CRM and data in spreadsheets.
