Job summary

Creation Home Buyers is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions / Home Buying Specialist to work from home with in-person seller appointments across Northern Utah. You will own opportunities from discovery to signed purchase, build sound offers, and drive revenue through relentless follow-up and precise property analysis.

Expect a base of $100,000 with draw against commissions, plus weekly and quarterly bonuses; OTE ranges from $120,000 to $170,000 depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience in B2C or B2B environments.
• High-ticket product familiarity or in-home sales is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate, price, and persist with follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Turn qualified seller opportunities into signed contracts.
• Analyze properties, run CMA, evaluate repairs, and build offers.
• Maintain disciplined CRM-driven follow-up to convert opportunities.
• Manage pipeline and coordinate handoffs after signing.
• Deliver a seller experience that earns positive reviews.
