Job summary

Creation Home Buyers is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions / Home Buying Specialist in Northern Utah. You will work remotely with in-person seller appointments across Utah, earning a base draw of $100,000 plus performance bonuses. ON TARGET EARNINGS range from $120,000 to $170,000 annually, with upside for self-generated opportunities.

Role reports to Sales Manager. Flexible W-2 or 1099 option, with a largely remote team and regular meetings to support growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience is preferred.
• Strong phone and in-person communication skills.
• Spanish is a bonus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Turn qualified opportunities into signed contracts through discovery, offers, and negotiation.
• Analyze properties and build offers within pricing authority.
• Follow up until a clear outcome is reached with CRM accuracy.
• Manage pipeline and handoff to operations post-contract.
• Create a seller experience that earns Google reviews.
