Creation Home Buyers is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Acquisitions / Home Buying Specialist to own the end-to-end seller engagement process from lead to signed contract. This largely remote role includes in-person seller appointments across Northern Utah, with a base draw and upside commissions.

You'll analyze properties, run CMA, build offers, negotiate, and manage CRM records to ensure steady pipeline and revenue growth, targeting weekly contracts and consistent Google reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-ticket sales or home sales preferable.
• Ability to manage seller conversations and close on contracts.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills under pressure.
