The role is remote-from-home with in-person seller appointments across Northern Utah, offering a base draw and performance bonuses, plus upside for self-generated opportunities.

The position reports to the Sales Manager and involves end-to-end ownership from lead handoff to contract, with a focus on property analysis, negotiation, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience in either B2C or B2B environments.
• Ability to meet weekly contract targets and revenue goals.
• Strong follow-up and CRM discipline to maintain pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Turn qualified seller opportunities into signed contracts.
• Analyze properties and build sound offers within pricing authority.
• Follow up until there is a clear outcome with CRM tasks and appointments.
• Manage pipeline like a business with accurate CRM updates.
• Create a seller experience worth recommending and earn Google reviews.
