Gold Coast Home Buyers is expanding its remote Real Estate Acquisitions team and seeks a capable manager to convert high-intent inbound seller leads into signed contracts. You will own appointments, offer calls, negotiation, and follow-up, while collaborating with the Dispositions and Transaction Coordination teams through closing.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, rapid follow-up, and accurate offer calculations, with a focus on building trust over phone or video.

Qualifications

• At least two years in a closing sales role with direct responsibility for closing with decision-makers.
• A documented record of personally closing deals and hitting quota or production targets.
• Strong consultative selling, follow-up, objection-handling, and closing ability, with the ability to build trust and negotiate by phone or video.
• Comfort with numbers and the ability to learn property valuation, repair assumptions, and offer calculations quickly.
• Professional judgment when working with motivated sellers and complicated situations.
• Consistent CRM discipline and reasonable responsiveness for time-sensitive leads.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team, with reliable internet and a quiet, professional workspace for seller calls.
• Availability during Eastern business hours.

Responsabilités

• Review seller notes, property details, and photos before each seller call.
• Analyze comparable sales and determine defensible after-repair value, as-is value, repair assumptions, and offer ranges.
• Conduct seller appointments by phone or video, build trust remotely, and move qualified opportunities toward a decision.
• Understand motivation, timeline, condition, price expectations, decision-makers, occupancy, and known title issues.
• Present offers, handle objections, negotiate within approved authority, and prepare accurate purchase agreements.
• Maintain same-day notes, offer history, follow-up tasks, and pipeline status in the company's AI-powered CRM.
• Use Slack for timely communication, deal updates, questions, and team handoffs.
• Follow up persistently with qualified sellers and older leads to uncover opportunities and move them toward a decision.
• Hand signed contracts to Dispositions with the comparable sales, offer rationale, condition details, access plan, seller expectations, and known risks.
• Support seller communication, due diligence, title questions, and necessary renegotiation through closing.
• Participate in regular remote pipeline reviews and sales coaching.
