The role offers full remote flexibility, a compensation model with base and commissions totaling $125,000 to $250,000 per year, bi-weekly pay, quarterly quotas, and opportunities for promotions into sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Sales experience: at least 1 year in high-volume phone sales.
• Previous Real Estate Wholesale experience required.
• Intermediate understanding of transactional real estate.

Responsibilities

• Engage direct with motivated sellers across multiple markets.
• Guide sellers through the sales process to close property contracts.
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information.
• Meet or exceed quarterly quota and KPI targets.
