Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking experienced finance professionals to evaluate realism of finance workflows used to train AI systems. This independent engagement pays $150-$200 per hour and is fully remote.

You will review real assets across real estate underwriting, project finance, infrastructure finance, energy, mining, and natural resources to ensure authenticity in AI training tasks. Expect 2–4 hour work sessions with timely responses to updates and reviewer feedback, collaborating with other experts

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on in real estate underwriting, project/infrastructure/energy finance.
• Strong cash-flow, valuation, and debt-structuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Review finance workflows for realism, clarity, scope, and internal consistency.
• Evaluate inputs, business context, expected analyses, and decision-making processes against real-world practices.
• Identify missing assumptions, ambiguous instructions, impractical constraints, and critical edge cases.
• Flag tasks that are overly broad or unlikely to measure professional finance capabilities.
• Provide concise, structured feedback with actionable recommendations.
