Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience (Practitioner Track)
• 10–16 years of relevant professional experience (Senior Reviewer Track)
• Hands-on experience in real assets, project finance, infrastructure finance, energy finance, mining, or natural resources investing
• Strong expertise in cash-flow modeling, financial valuation, debt structuring, and sensitivity/ scenario analysis
• Ability to connect legal, operational, technical, and market considerations to financial outcomes
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail comparing work against quality standards

Responsibilities

• Review finance workflows and task designs for realism, clarity, scope, and internal consistency
• Evaluate inputs, context, analyses, and decision processes against real-world practices
• Identify missing assumptions, ambiguities, impractical constraints, and edge cases
• Flag overly broad or unrealistic tasks that may not measure professional finance capabilities
• Provide concise, structured feedback with actionable recommendations to improve task quality and realism
• Collaborate with fellow finance experts to maintain consistent evaluation standards
