Candidates should have 5–9 years in trading or 5–8 years in crypto, and strong quantitative and communication skills. The engagement is fully remote and contractor-based, starting immediately, with flexible hours

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of professional trading experience or 5–8 years in crypto markets.
• Senior Reviewer track requires 7–15 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in derivatives trading, FX, futures, or crypto markets.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with pricing, hedging, liquidity and risk management.
• Ability to distinguish theoretical concepts from practical live-market solutions.
• Excellent written communication to explain reasoning behind assessments.
• Attention to detail and professional judgment; senior reviewers prefer review experience.

Responsibilities

• Review finance workflows for realism, accuracy, clarity and practicality.
• Evaluate inputs, context, assumptions and expected workflows against real-world markets.
• Identify ambiguous instructions, missing assumptions, and edge cases.
• Highlight overly broad or unrealistic tasks and suggest improvements.
• Provide concise, structured feedback with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with domain experts to ensure consistency across the project.
