Weekday AI is launching a high-engagement, fully remote Finance Sprint to evaluate realism and quality of finance-related tasks used to train AI systems. You would review finance workflows, provide structured feedback, and collaborate with other finance experts.

This is an independent contractor role with immediate start and flexible, multi-hour sessions. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in equity research, asset management, or related research roles, with strong financial analysis,

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience for Practitioner track or 9–15 years for Senior Reviewer.
• Experience in Equity Research, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, or Public Markets Investing.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and valuation.

Responsibilities

• Review finance tasks for realism, clarity, and internal consistency.
• Assess inputs, workflows, and outcomes against real-world practices.
• Identify missing assumptions, ambiguities, and edge cases.
• Evaluate ability to measure professional finance capabilities.
• Provide concise feedback and practical recommendations.
• Validate workflow logic and maintain evaluation standards.
