Qualifications

• 2-year degree in business-related field preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and Google Drive.
• High‑level data entry and organization skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to foster relationships at all levels.
• Scheduling, cold‑calling, and data entry in various software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals.
• Excellent English communication (speaking, writing, reading).
• Negotiation experience or understanding of positive outcomes for all parties.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and creative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and refer qualified applicants to hiring managers using social media and sourcing techniques.
• Develop and maintain recruiting strategies including job boards, career pages, referrals, and networking.
• Review applications, conduct pre-screens, and interview top candidates.
• Conduct daily calls to build a pipeline for staffing needs.
• Maintain relationships with management to understand recruitment needs and skills required.
• Document applicant status in the ATS.
• Assist in creating and reviewing job descriptions.
• Collect and analyze data to design recruitment plans and measure effectiveness.
• Market via social media and website updates.
