Two 95 International Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead sourcing of technology professionals in a remote-capable role. You will build networks, identify top talent, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through offers while aligning with our business needs.

This position emphasizes market research, diversity initiatives, and collaboration with other recruiters and workforce planning teams. You will report on recruiting metrics, stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and help

Qualifications

3+ years of technology recruiting experience.
Background in technology or professional services preferred.
Familiar with software engineering terms and data/analytics roles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Remote work capability when needed.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a network of prospects through proactive market research.
Target, pursue, meet and qualify high-quality candidates locally and nationally.
Interview, reference check, facilitate decisions, and negotiate offers.
Sell the Daugherty profile and offerings to candidates.
Develop approaches to achieve diversity goals.
Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates.
Report key recruitment metrics and forecast hiring needs.
Collaborate with other recruiters and workforce planning teams.
