Private Company in the United States is seeking an experienced Sourcer/Recruiter to support high-impact technical hiring, including SWE and leadership roles. This fully remote position offers $60-$70 per hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing experience supporting SWE and technical hiring.
• Experience sourcing Senior, Staff, Principal, and Leadership.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience in high-growth startups and large tech organizations.
• Ability to build relationships with passive candidates and communicate opportunities.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of multiple priorities.
• Collaborates effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles such as front-end, back-end, data engineering, Infra, Data Science, ML, and other engineering talent.
• Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates for senior and leadership-level positions.
• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and develop targeted talent pipelines.
• Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent research to inform recruiting strategies.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and provide regular sourcing metrics and market insights.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
