Silvus Technologies in Irvine, CA is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager (Spectrum Dominance) to translate DoD requirements into software and firmware features for MN-MIMO and StreamCaster platforms. Hybrid schedule with some remote work possible.

You will own the backlog, bridge R&D, software, operations and GTM teams, and ensure the execution of spectrum dominance capabilities while aligning with security requirements. U.S. citizenship and clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless.
• Strong ability to translate complex algorithms into software requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and translate DoD requirements into features for spectrum dominance.
• Collaborate with R&D, software, operations and GTM to align product strategy.
• Lead sprint planning, scope trade-offs, and release cadences using Jira.
• Travel up to 25–50% for field testing and customer engagements.
