Job summary
Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary in Irvine, is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Spectrum Dominance) to translate DoD requirements into software features for MN-MIMO waveform and StreamCaster platforms. Hybrid work with on-site days in Irvine and occasional LA travel.
You will own end-to-end backlog, collaborate with R&D, software engineering, operations, and sales, and drive market adoption of spectrum dominance capabilities, including LPI/LPD and anti-jamming techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and strong DoD domain awareness.
- 5+ years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless.
- Ability to translate complex math into actionable software requirements.
Responsibilities
- Translate DoD mission needs into structured user stories and specs.
- Own end-to-end software/firmware backlog for spectrum dominance features.
- Collaborate with R&D to align waveforms with MN-MIMO architecture.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences.
- Capture field feedback to refine products and drive adoption.
