Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Spectrum Dominance) to own the roadmap and translate DoD requirements into actionable software features.

You will partner with R&D and software teams to deliver waveform-enabled software and firmware, ensuring alignment with MN-MIMO architecture and StreamCaster hardware. A US citizen with security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience within the defense, aerospace, or wireless communications industries.
• Strong working knowledge of signal processing, wireless communications, RF systems, SDRs, DSP, or MANETs.
• Demonstrated experience translating highly complex mathematical algorithms, scientific concepts, or military use cases into structured, clear software requirements.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional R&D, engineering, operations, and sales teams to meet release timelines.
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
• All employment contingent upon background check and drug test.

Responsabilités

• Translate DoD mission requirements and signal analysis concepts into structured user stories and specs.
• Translate complex LPI/LPD and anti-jamming techniques into features with operator UX.
• Own the end-to-end software and firmware backlog for spectrum dominance features.
• Work with R&D to ensure waveforms integrate with MN-MIMO architecture and StreamCaster hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable successful product adoption and revenue growth.
