Surfshark is expanding its HR team and seeking a leadership-focused Talent Acquisition lead to guide a growing team of tech recruiters. You will partner with managers, shape hiring decisions, and drive efficiency with AI and new tools.

The role demands a strong track record in full-cycle tech recruiting, stakeholder navigation, and a data-driven approach. You will influence end-to-end recruiting quality, candidate experience, and process improvements across a global, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role managing a recruiting team.
• Track record of full-cycle technical recruiting within a dynamic, fast-paced or global environment.
• Strong ability to build relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Experience driving process improvements and owning initiatives beyond day-to-day recruiting.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners with full ownership of performance and growth.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align on priorities and hiring decisions.
• Drive adoption of new tools, AI-driven recruiting practices, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Improve team workflows and processes to boost efficiency across the recruiting lifecycle.
• Own the quality of the hiring process, ensuring consistent high standards for tech hires.
• Track key tech recruitment metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure a consistently strong candidate experience at every stage.
