• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of the ITSM implementation certifications is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM transformation teams, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team (3–5 resources, including offshore).
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Travel to meet client needs as required.
