Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced IS Lead Technical Project Manager HQ to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives and coordinate programs across multiple business functions. This role provides delivery leadership and supports roadmapping, intake, prioritization, and portfolio coordination.

You will mentor delivery staff, manage vendor relationships and budgets, and drive governance and standardization across projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
10+ years of technology project/program management experience.
Experience leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, teams, and vendors.
Knowledge of enterprise apps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and cloud services.
Experience with roadmaps, project intake, portfolio planning, and capacity management.
Mentoring or reviewing work of delivery personnel.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead complex technology projects and programs from initiation through implementation.
Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Coordinate delivery across enterprise apps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and business teams.
Identify risks and drive mitigation, escalation, and decision-making.
Lead readiness, cutover readiness, and post-implementation reviews.
Mentor project managers, analysts, and delivery staff.
Present project status, risks, and decisions to sponsors and leadership.
Improve project-management standards, governance, and reporting.
