Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Ten or more years of technology project management experience.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple related projects with vendors.
• Working knowledge of enterprise apps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud services, and operational support.
• Experience supporting technology roadmaps, project intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, or resource-capacity.
• Experience mentoring or coaching project-management staff.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, vendors, consultants, and SOWs.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across organizational boundaries.
• PMP certification or equivalent accredited project or program-management certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects from initiation through implementation and transition.
• Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, vendors, testing, training and readiness.
• Coordinate delivery across enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, integrations, service delivery, and business teams.
• Identify risks and drive timely mitigation, escalation, and decisions.
• Mentor and coach project managers, coordinators, analysts, and other delivery personnel.
• Review project plans, schedules, and risk registers; ensure executive communications are accurate.
• Help establish and improve project-management standards, templates, governance and reporting.
• Present project health and budget status to sponsors, IS leadership and executives.
