Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of technology project/program management experience.
• Experience leading large cross-functional tech initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, teams, or vendors as an integrated program.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, integrations, cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects and programs from initiation to operations.
• Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery across enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and business teams.
• Mentor and coach project managers, analysts, and delivery personnel.
• Review project plans and status reports; improve governance and delivery practices.
