Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an IS Lead Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects across multiple business functions, vendors, and systems. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
Ten+ years in technology project management or related roles.
Experience leading large cross-functional technology initiatives.
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, teams, or vendors.
Knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud/data systems.
Experience supporting roadmaps, project intake, portfolio planning, or resource capacity.
Mentoring others in project management and delivery practices.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, vendors, and change control.
Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making.
PMP or equivalent accredited certification.

Responsibilities

Lead complex technology projects and cross-functional programs from initiation to operation.
Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and vendors.
Coordinate delivery across enterprise apps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and business teams.
Identify risks and drive timely mitigation and escalation.
Lead readiness reviews, cutover, and post-implementation assessments.
Contribute to technology roadmap development and prioritization.
Participate in portfolio planning, capacity planning, and annual planning.
Mentor project managers, coordinators, and analysts.
Present project health, risks, and decisions to sponsors and IS leadership.
