Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/business/engineering/construction management.
• 10+ years of technology project management or related experience.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects/workstreams, vendors, and teams as an integrated program.
• Working knowledge of enterprise apps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud, and operations.
• Experience supporting roadmaps, project intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, or capacity.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing project-management personnel.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, vendors, and SOWs.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent accredited certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects and programs from initiation to transition to operations.
• Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, vendors, testing, and readiness.
• Coordinate delivery across enterprise apps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and business teams.
• Identify risks and drive timely mitigation, escalation, and decisions.
• Lead readiness for implementation and post-implementation reviews.
• Support technology roadmaps and portfolio coordination.
• Participate in project intake, prioritization, and capacity planning.
