Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an IS Lead Technical Project Manager HQ to direct complex technology initiatives across multiple business units. Based at Headquarters, the role coordinates with vendors, infrastructure, and enterprise applications, delivering programs from initiation to stabilization and transition.

You will mentor project managers, contribute to roadmaps, support portfolio planning, and ensure delivery excellence while communicating with IS leadership and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Ten+ years of technology project/program management experience.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, teams or vendors.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and cloud services.
• Experience supporting roadmaps, intake, portfolio planning, or resource capacity.
• Experience mentoring project-management staff and reviewing work.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, vendors, and contracts.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decisions skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects and cross-functional programs from initiation to implementation and transition to operations.
• Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, testing, and readiness.
• Coordinate delivery across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and business teams.
• Identify risks and drive timely mitigation, escalation, and decisions.
• Mentor and coach project managers and delivery personnel.
• Review project plans, schedules, risk registers, and executive updates.
• Contribute to standards, governance, reporting, and delivery practices.
