Qualifications

• 3 years of payroll experience in consulting, provider, or corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of multistate payroll compliance and regulations.
• Familiarity with payroll tax forms and filings is required.
• CPP certification is strongly preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll consulting engagements across clients, industries, and geographies.
• Assess and improve client payroll processes, controls, and procedures.
• Perform multistate payroll compliance reviews (federal/state/local).
• Assist with payroll tax activities and form preparation (941, 941-X, W-2C).
• Assist with payroll setup/configuration including earnings and deductions.
• Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies, risks, and improvements.
