Job summary

RRC Power and Energy is seeking a SCADA Project Manager to drive engineering and execution across wind, solar, and storage projects in North America. The role combines remote work with frequent collaboration at our offices, managing procurement, deployment plans, and timelines to ensure success.

You will coordinate with EPC/Owner teams, oversee budgets, and lead SCADA design and integration from start to finish while staying current with industry standards.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Science Engineering.
• 5+ years of proven utility or industrial SCADA project management experience.
• Ability to communicate complex SCADA and controls concepts to non-domain experts.
• Must have working knowledge of the renewable energy industry.
• Familiarity with SCADA regulations and standards; experience with SCADA design/execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide SCADA engineering expertise and project execution on wind, battery, solar and PV + Storage systems.
• Coordinate with EPC/Owner SCADA engineering design, development, implementation, and commissioning phases.
• Work with EPC clients/Owner to deliver procurement, deployment plans, timelines, and costs.
• Manage project schedule and budget; maintain detailed SCADA task schedules.
• Schedule and run recurring project meetings with clients and internal teams; manage scope and budget changes.
