The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of relevant experience, with proficiency in English and strong software skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products at an intermediate level.
• Ability to prioritize work and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
• Proficiency in speaking an additional language is beneficial.
• Experience with Yardi Software is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility in accordance with HUD regulations and NH Housing Administrative Plan.
• Administer Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) totaling about $5 million annually.
• Oversee multiple rental assistance programs (HCV, PBV, PBV, Mainstream, VASH, FUP, FYI) and ensure compliance.
