Your role involves conducting housing assessments, coordinating opportunities, and providing guidance on household management. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field and experience in human services are required to join our compassionate team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in human services, housing, or case management.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Knowledge of housing subsidy programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct housing assessments and assist clients in identifying appropriate housing options.
• Coordinate and facilitate housing opportunities through outreach activities.
• Assist clients with completing housing and subsidy applications.
