Job summary

Xerxes HydroChain is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to coordinate between Territory Sales Managers, engineering, distributors, contractors and partners to move opportunities through the sales process and deliver outstanding customer support.

In this role you will identify qualified opportunities, keep project data current in the CRM, manage technical deliverables, and help secure HydroChain projects through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in commercial or civil construction, project coordination, or related fields.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience working remotely with ET-focused teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance sales opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate project data in the CRM and track milestones.
• Coordinate technical deliverables and respond to customers quickly.
• Support pricing strategies and prepare quotations.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and partners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
