Job summary

Xerxes HydroChain seeks a Customer Solutions Specialist to coordinate opportunities from qualification through execution, partnering with Territory Sales Managers, engineering teams, and distributors. You will manage data in the CRM, review technical deliverables, and help secure HydroChain projects while delivering timely customer support.

The role emphasizes strong communication, planning, and the ability to work remotely across Pacific and Mountain Time zones, supporting multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial/construction-related roles or inside sales environments.
• Experience supporting project-based work from opportunity identification through completion.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while supporting teams in Pacific and Mountain Time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify project-based sales opportunities with Territory Sales Managers.
• Use online bid resources and market information to uncover conversion opportunities.
• Coordinate project activities with drafting, engineering and internal teams.
• Monitor project status, timelines and shipment dates in the CRM.
• Review technical deliverables and project documentation for accuracy.
• Assist with pricing strategies and preparation of quotations.
