Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
• CPP certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for clients.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and wage regulations.
• Serve as primary client liaison and tailor payroll solutions to needs.
• Manage payroll software platforms (ADP, Paylocity, QuickBooks Payroll) for accuracy and security.
• Lead, train, and mentor payroll specialists to maintain high performance.
• Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, and reconciliations for clients.
