• College degree or equivalent experience; 3–5 years HR experience focused on Benefits and Payroll
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Bi-weekly payroll processing for 1,000+ employees
• Assist with year-end processing, testing, and system projects
• Handle garnishments and child support processing
• Administer employee benefits programs and enrollment
• Communicate with new hires and staff about benefits
