Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to support Oracle Fusion ERP planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance modules. You will train and mentor associates, assist business partners, and ensure reliable ERP operations across teams.

You will collaborate with finance and IT to drive process improvements, manage changes, and maintain high-quality system availability while developing competency across multiple applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems or functional business systems.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Hospital or health system finance operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvements.
• Deliver tasks within scope, report issues to the application manager, and ensure quality delivery.
