Job summary

Golden Key Group seeks an HR Operations SME to support Federal HR processing, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. You will advise on strategies, review key documents for operational gaps, and help translate strategic plans into executable initiatives.

Remote work is allowed with mandatory local DC onsite meetings. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in Federal HR operations, strong knowledge of HR policies, and the ability to deliver data-informed, compliant deliverables for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, public administration or related field
8+ years of professional Federal HR operations, staffing, recruitment or related work
Experience supporting Federal recruitment/hiring activities and HR process improvements
Knowledge of Federal HR policies, procedures and operational practices
Ability to translate data and stakeholder input into actionable HR plans
U.S. citizenship and ability to meet security requirements

Responsibilities

Inform development of the Human Capital Strategic Plan and Workforce Growth Plan with HR operational input.
Advise on Federal recruitment strategies, onboarding timelines, and staffing workflows.
Review background docs and strategic plans to identify operational gaps and data needs.
Contribute to workforce growth planning with targets, assumptions, and milestones.
Translate HCSP objectives into HCSP content and HCOP initiatives with timelines.
Provide HR perspective on demographics, attrition, hiring trends, and policy impacts.
Engage stakeholders via interviews, focus groups, data calls, and reviews.
Document methodologies, data sources, and rationale for recommendations.
Develop briefing materials, dashboards, and progress updates for leadership.
