Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join a developmental program in the United States. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships while building a long-term career in insurance sales.

The role is fully remote within the continental United States, with opportunities to advance into a full sales representative position as you gain experience and knowledge of employer health solutions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable building professional relationships with business leaders and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process Requests for Proposal (RFPs), analyze opportunities, and communicate with brokers regarding underwriting considerations and eligibility requirements.
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination, follow‑up activities, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with insurance brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to gain exposure to the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through structured training and on‑the‑job experience.
• Develop an understanding of underwriting guidelines, healthcare insurance products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences, broker events, and training programs to expand industry knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain accurate activity records and assist with sales reporting, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal business partners to support new business opportunities.
• Progress through a structured training program designed to prepare you for advancement into a full Sales Representative role.
