Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable building professional relationships with business leaders and insurance professionals

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate with brokers regarding underwriting considerations
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination, follow-up activities, and account management tasks
• Attend meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to gain exposure to the sales process
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through structured training
• Develop understanding of underwriting guidelines, healthcare insurance products, and market dynamics
• Attend industry conferences, broker events, and training programs to expand knowledge and relationships
• Maintain accurate activity records and assist with sales reporting and pipeline management
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal partners to support new business opportunities
• Progress through structured training for advancement into full Sales Representative role
