The Program Manager will own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, manage budgets and risk, and build trusted client relationships while navigating complex enterprise politics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Strong technical acumen across infrastructure and identity concepts.
• Proven experience managing strategic, large-enterprise programs.
• Lean environment adaptability with shifting priorities.
• Service delivery knowledge: scoping, SOWs, change orders, commercial constraints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Onshore in the U.S. in Eastern or Central time zone; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned customer programs from kickoff to completion.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans and staffing across multiple engagements.
• Track budgets, burn rates, change orders, and scope changes to protect commitments.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for stakeholders from technical leads to senior sponsors.
• Build trusted relationships and provide status reviews communicating progress, risk and value.
• Manage expectations with transparent communication of changes, risks and trade-offs.
• Coordinate across Implementation, Support, Sales and Product to align resources.
• Identify risks and issues early and maintain mitigation plans.
